Day 2

Jon-Luke & I land in Delhi India, to start our adventure. We made it out of the airport ok, and started to look for our prepaid taxi. Well that was a mission, he wasn't there was he. So we had all sorts of people wanting to take us. Finally we took a prepaid taxi, to the Hotel, well that was one hell of a ride in a tiny Suzuki Carry van on CNG, with a driver who didn't speak english. Horns tooting everywhere, 3 lanes made into 5 lanes, very exciting. Most cars had dents, I wonder why? LOL.
At the Hotel for a freshen up and a sleep, as it is 8.00am and we are knackered.
Jon-Luke & I decided we would going for a wander around, wow, that opened our eyes, how the place operates surprises me, wiring on poles is a mess, rubbish everywhere, buildings in disrepair, and zero road rules except for horns. We had to walk on the roads as the footpaths were broken or covered in rubbish or parked on. Interesting.
Man it was hot & humid, only about 35 degrees but humid, sweated like the old proverbial.
